"If only I would receive support from my other, "vendors" similar to that which I have become accustomed to from Vox Scripta [V.S.} ( Ms. A. Wynn) . The product as formatted/templated for me by V.S. allows me, I work as a physician and surgeon, specialty neuro-otology, to listen well and obtain a good history maintaining face-to-face contact with a patient rather than looking at a computer and keyboard. I feel that that puts the patient understands that I am paying attention to his/her and not simply "checking off boxes" which puts them at ease and also I encouraged the patient to interrupt me when I have misunderstood the history, which I at times do, and the patient corrects me so the end product is good. Ms. Wynn by email or by phone responds quickly to questions and is extremely knowledgeable and when she does not have the answer, she looks for it. I am completely satisfied with her service."
