SpeechLive is a cloud-based dictation solution that allows the user to dictate anytime from anywhere there's an Internet connection. It couldn't be easier to use: plunk that recorder in the docking station and the audio file is whisked away to the cloud, then routed to your transcriptionist. Or you can opt to have the file transcribed first by either speech recognition software or a live SpeechLive transcriptionist (if you're a little short on transcription services). What could be easier?
No recorder? No problem.
If you find yourself in a hotel room in St. Louis whilst your recorder is resting on your desk at home, you have the SpeechLive mobile app on your Android phone or iPhone, which will function in exactly the same way as your recorder. It's included in the price.
Losing track of your billing?
SpeechLive is also handy for all of your billing (or other) notes. Just quickly dictate something like "2/10 of an hour on the Jones case," and off it goes - no more texting your assistant, yelling down the hall, or scribbling notes on cocktail napkins.
Your transcriptionist is home with a sick child?
Transcriptionists, too, have super mobility. The workflow is handled through a web portal, so transcriptionists have access wherever they are - they can even work from home. And wonder of wonders, all playback in the web portal canbe handled (footled?) with a foot pedal - when's the last timeyou heard of that?
Worried about security? Don't be.
SpeechLive secures your dictations by encrypting them during recording, again when they are sent, and again by storing them in an encrypted format when safely kept in the (Microsoft Azure) cloud. This means end-to-end double encryption and protection from unauthorized access.
